SharkNinja, a multi-billion dollar consumer products company, is seeking a VP, Chief of Staff & Key Initiatives for the global operations team. This role is a critical member of the Global Operations Leadership Team, driving business results by leading and supporting high impact supply chain and company initiatives.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

  • Lead and/or support assigned high impact supply chain initiatives, partnering with leaders and team around the world.  Areas of focus include driving best service at lowest cost, partnering with Order Management, Distribution & Fulfillment, Transportation, Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, New Product Flawless Execution, Customer Experience, Sustainability, Sales, and FP&A teams. 
  • Lead and/or support assigned high impact corporate initiatives that have ties to Global Operations, including those that drive service, cost savings, or topline growth; partnering with Commercial, FP&A, Product Development, Marketing, Legal, and People & Culture.
  • Provide support to the EVP, Global Operations, including metrics and scorecard management and content development for standing reviews and meetings.


ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or other relevant discipline.  Minimum 10 years in industry, with leadership progression.
  • Demonstrated functional knowledge and experience across the end-to-end global supply chain.  Sales & Operations Planning experience a plus.
  • Successful track record of delivering results within a rapidly growing company.
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to drive for results, manage risk, and pivot when relevant to enable speed to results.
  • Proven experience in using data (KPIs) in a measurable way to achieve specific strategic results that are relevant to the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to develop, measure and improve key performance indicators.
  • Successful track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Excellent executive-level oral and written communication skills. Ability to transparently deliver high-impact presentations on complex topics to leaders and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to influence people, process, and technology across an organization.
  • Motivated self-starter, with ability to identify and drive innovative approaches to address new challenges.
  • Potential for growth into Operations sub-function leadership roles as part of succession planning.
  • A demonstrated willingness to learn, roll-up their sleeves and set an example for the team as a “doer.”
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a dynamic, fun, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
