JOB PURPOSE:
To support our Procurement organization, McCain Europe is looking to hire a Procurement administrative coordinator. He/she will be responsible to support the CE procurement team on their daily business activities by executing procurement administrative tasks such as monthly price update, SAP contract creation, PO placements, new product development tasks, vendor creation and some RFI / RFQs coordination.
This individual will play a key role in being in contact with the different regional business teams, ensure internal relationship continuity, ease the different data collection processes and support in implementation of various projects.
On top, this person will be the key point of contact regarding support, implementation and optimization of regional global procurement tools, ensure new-user training support and be part of deployment projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Core Accountabilities and Outcomes

  • Be the Procurement team's relay in our SAP system
    • Monthly price update & sharing within the organization
    • Contract and PO creation when needed
    • Price variance management (level 1 analysis and correction)
  • Support the procurement team in the frame of our Supplier lifecycle management
    • Organize and manage Vendor Creation request in respect to the McCain process
    • Get in touch with our suppliers to collect and organize vendor documents (Code of Conduct, credit reports, ...)
    • Take responsibility of level 1 documents review and analysis for Risk analysis
  • Maintain contract library updated in our Coupa tool
  • Support the procurement team in their tendering activities
    • RFI & RFQs coordination in touch with Regional team and Global digitalization Team


Builds strong relationships with various teams
• Strong partnership with the CE procurement team, the MRP/Supply chain and our suppliers
• Partner with the different plant's team across CE and all McCain entities (Van Geloven, Lutosa and McCain appetizer)
Perform regular Trainings
• Ability to train others on procurement tools
• Perform regular refresh trainings on procurement tools, when needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Education needed: Bachelor degree in procurement, business or services administration
• SAP management, data management, data entry, data processing
• Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch as a plus
• Communication skills (oral & written)
• Microsoft tool proficiency (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Existing procurement knowledge considered a plus (tendering process, supplier relationship, SRM, price management...)
• Efficient, stress resistant and flexible
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Adaptable and collaborative style respecting the needs and contributions of others
• Ability to train others on basic tools and systems
• Positive attitude and curiosity
. Problem-solving : Capacity to support/help local teams in solving issues
