Interested what will be your tasks?

  • Contract intake process including guiding requestor to complete proper steps required such as vendor intake form

  • Support sending NDAs

  • Reviewing and processing license and subscription renewals

  • Loading no touch (click) and low touch agreements in Zycus for legal risk review

  • Assisting in building RFxs in Zycus

  • Receives and/or processes all issues in accordance with company policies and processes

  • Develops a solution when necessary to meet customer needs as it relates to timeliness and quality

  • May also be responsible for organizing and maintaining databases

  • Reporting activities to support tactical procurement and business operation

  • Regular updates of databases

  • Participation in projects with focus to increase effectiveness of the team

  • Communication with internal and external customers in English language

  • Administration support and other tasks related to Zycus system management

  • Supports with monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Process Performance Indicators (PPIs) connected with Business Process changes

  • Supports the ongoing review of process design and process performance for adherence to standards and performance targets

This role requires to work 50% US Time.
Working patterns for US shift are 13:30 – 22:00 (Mon – Friday)
There are extra benefits for employees covering US time:

  • 30% hourly bonus for every complete shift worked US time

  • One additional meal voucher per day during US time shift

What kind of energy we are looking for?

  • Business education degree and 1,5 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • C1 level of English, communicative, collaborative, and team player

  • Customer and result oriented, someone who wants to act as a true business partner

  • Ability to gather, relate and summarize information into logical conclusions

  • Adaptability to a changing role with potential to identify areas of improvement in our processes

  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use business systems software

  • Knowledge SAP, Oracle, iScala or other ERP system is an advantage

  • Able to focus and work in a detailed and systematic way

  • Willing to develop, learn, proactive attitude with good problem-solving skills, self-motivated, reliable, flexibility is always a plus

The starting salary is at min 1 500 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.

This amount is our minimal offered salary. Clarios values each and every candidate and we ensure our compensation package aligns with your professional experience and your expectation.
