Process & Yield intergration Principal

About the role:

Process & Yield Integration a critical role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across manufacturing and production processes. The role involves ensuring the integration of processes, improving yield performance, and optimizing production efficiency. This position focuses on Governance and enhancing enables on technical methodologies, enabling data-driven analytics, and ensuring smooth transitions for new product ramp-ups.

What you will do:

• Owner and governance BE Yield and Process flow & control

• Develop and drive for the long-term yield road map

• Drive industrial excellence in terms of FE – BE, Phase to Phase Integration (pre-assy, Assy, Test)

• Govern and standardization for undefined process area

• Eliminate process redundancies & control

• Ensure smooth transition of new technology and product to achieve success HVM @ R gate by

• Ensure that all required processes and methodologies are in place to support the successful transition of new product

• Coordinate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to address any challenges during the ramp-up phase

• JET & JDT Technical Connection, Governance and Assessment

What you will need:

Hard skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field

• Min 5  years of experience in process integration, yield improvement, or manufacturing optimization in semiconductor fields

• Strong background in process control, product ramp-up, and data-driven decision-making

• Experience in High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) and technical methodologies for process optimization

Soft skills:

• Proficiency in statistical tools and software for data analysis (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Excel)

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams to drive projects and initiatives to successful completion

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese

• Strong leadership with perseverance and cooperation inside

We are the Backend Center of Operations Excellence team, focused on governance and enabling the entire backend operation through process & Yield integration ( FE to BE ), technical & methodologies, and data integration and analysis.
Good to know:
This position may require frequent travel, depending on business needs and project assignments.
