As a Process Team Lead at the Jackson, TN Facility, you will report to the Production Manager and will receive work direction from the Operations Group. You will own the data and ensure the line is running at the designated centerline. You will be responsible for identifying problems or bottlenecks in production processes and resolving issues. You will be responsible for managing and owning various functions of the business and creating an engaged and team oriented work force in order to improve business results.
You Will:
- Leverage personal and contractor support to be a technical consult/expert/trainer for the operation team resources for applicable processes and systems.
- Own Centerline (CL) Management System
- Lead the process of identify CL points and standards
- Coach the line team on CL execution and problem-solving skills
- Identify and prioritize losses elimination priorities
- Be the LEDS Process Leader, downtime subject matter expert.
- Train other employees. Be a mentor to upskill and train new and developing employees.
- Coordinate startup and training education for all improvement work.
- Leverage plant facilities, Maintenance Departments resources for all pertinent project improvement work requiring needed support or improving their site accountability.
- Coordinate Focused Improvement (FI) work for all appropriate plant personnel, team members, contractors, and vendors required to provide completion of improvement initiatives.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or other Natural Science degrees or minimum of 3 years working in a manufacturing environment
- SAP experience.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and losses
- Working knowledge of plant equipment and safety
- Previous experience in a food-processing or manufacturing environment.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
