Job Description

Tasks: 

  • Responsible for the design of U2 Knowledge Management Process
  • CIP for the worldwide process KPIs 
  • Continuous worldwide check on process implementation and ensure implementation of measures from the last Maturity Level Check (MLC) 
  • Coordination and evaluation of incoming process requirements 

Qualifications

Profile: 

  • Experience in a similar position (at least 3-5 years) 
  • Process management experience and ITIL knowledge - ITIL certified (e.g. ITIL v3 or ITIL4 foundation) 
  • Personality: team player, good communication skills 
  • Working Practice: independent, organized 
  • Languages: good communication skills in written and spoken English 
  • Education: completed study or comparable work experience
