Position Summary
Responsible for business process improvements including design, development, integration and implementation of process, organization and technology solutions. Provides team and project leadership to help facilitate organizational realignment, continuous process improvement, and change management.
Essential Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes to identify and document process issues that are inconsistent within Delivery, unnecessarily complex, contribute to wide variation, add cost without value, impede the ability to fulfill obligations and apply appropriate charges, and contribute to customer dissatisfaction. Provide specific process improvement recommendations to increase productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead cross functional teams to manage process improvement projects to successful implementation by: 1) articulating key business issues, clarifying project objectives and linking to key business objectives and the company's overall strategic direction, and defining project scope; 2) understanding market and internal needs, competitor and non-competitor capabilities, and technology; 3) creating the vision and designing the new process, organization and technology solution; 4) performing gap analysis and preparing business case for change (benefits and costs); 5) defining process, system and training requirements, and key performance measures; 6) planning implementation; 7) developing solution; 8) implementing solution; and 9) transitioning to continuous process improvement (measure results).

  • Gain organizational buy-in and communicate the critical elements of process improvement solutions to stakeholders, employees, trade allies and customers.

  • Create change management plans for process improvement projects which integrate organizational and technology changes. Effectively manage and assist others in managing change.

  • Collaborate with business process owners to ensure process implementation includes alignment of organizational structure, roles, responsibilities, and performance measures and training plans for employees and teams. Performs field testing fact based evaluations and recommends control improvements.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Five years experience in business planning, organizational and process management, process improvement, marketing or operations.

  • Project management experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • Programming experience - Power BI/Dashboards/Data Visualization

Non-Bargaining

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $81,000.00 to $115,867.00 per year
