Job Description

Main Purpose of the Role

Follow established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organization’s quality and cost standards. Analyze product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes, estimate time requirements for each step, and prepares operation sheets. Analyze existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, and waste, increase Rate of Production (ROP) and productivity, and improve the quality and consistency of final products. Also identify performance gap for improvement compared with World Best standard.

Key Functional/Technical Competencies

  • Be able to lead Problem Solving in various issues of Tissue Manufacturing / Converting Process. Understand and use KC Management System (EHS / QMS / Best Practices) that drive continuous improvement and sustainability in the assigned Asset.
  • Be able to apply the Statistical Process Control tools (EWMA, Target Performance, and Process Capability Study) and KC’s Best Practices that support Cost improvement and Product & Process Innovation.
  • Fluent in Project Management and Presentation skill
