a. Target lot judgement and disposition.
b. APC (GeRM hold) cases handling.
c. Hold lots disposition (Trouble lots/ SWR lots/ E3 alarm lots/ Special requestion)
d. eCAP cases handling for CD/OV OOC/OOA/OOS cases.
2. Collaboration with ME/EE/PO to fix process constraint.
3. Found abnormal cases and fix.
4. Provide SOP optimization method.
5. Developing and optimizing processes to improve product quality/reliability/yield , cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems.
