About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize industrial processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze and troubleshoot process issues to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions.
- Conduct process simulations, performance testing, and data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience levels vary—entry-level to senior positions available.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and technical documentation preferred.
- White/Yellow/Green Belt required
