Are you passionate about optimizing production processes and driving continuous improvement? Join our team as a Process Engineer and play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality for our products!

Key Responsibilities: 

Optimize process parameters for new and existing product lines to improve efficiency and reduce scrap, rework, and downtime. 

Lead root cause analysis and troubleshoot manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and reliability. 

Develop and optimize PLC systems and maintain HMI interfaces to support production processes.

Implement continuous improvement ideas and support the Engineering Change Process. 

Train production associates on new or revised operations standards and provide on-the-floor technical guidance.

Qualifications: 

πŸŽ“ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (preferably automotive). 

πŸ’‘ Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI development. 

πŸ’‘ Strong understanding of electrical control systems and automation in manufacturing. 

πŸ’‘ Excellent communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
