Your Opportunity as the Senior Process Developer, Finance Technology
Support our Finance Technology initiatives by having an integrated role in the workflows that support our technology assets. Identify process optimization and improvement opportunities across the Finance organization, while simultaneously creating and maintaining documentation to support existing and new processes. Participate in our PACE (Process Automation Center of Excellence) Transformation team by maintaining consistent guiding principles, governance, and key competencies within the Finance organization.
Location: Orrville, OH
Work Arrangements: hybrid, 30% in office expectation
In this role you will:
Identify process optimization and improvement opportunities across the Finance organization

Discern which technology tools are the most appropriate solution for identified opportunities

Review and challenge existing processes across the finance function and make recommendations for analytics, process automation, or process improvement
Manage the timeline and all tasks of the process automation lifecycle (Define > Design > Develop > Test > UAT > Deploy > Maintain):

Capture process requirements, technical documents, and identify opportunities for process optimization

Develop and configure process automations in accordance with process requirements, technical documents, and best practices

Perform and participate in code reviews with RPA COE and UAT with business process owners for all process automations
Support and maintain documentation around process improvement solutions created within the Finance organization

Maintain a standard process for how to document solutions and ensure that Finance adheres to it
Partner with our Finance Data & Analytics team during opportunity gathering initiatives

Assist with miscellaneous data & analytics processes and/or projects

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in computer information systems, information technology, or related field

3+ years of experience in process automation, process improvement, project management, or related work experience
-
Proven ability to build functional and technical designs
-
Experience in process improvement initiatives
-
Proven experience working with cross functional stakeholders
-
Strong problem solving or troubleshooting skills
-
Ability to think critically, conceptually, and outside-the-box
-
Project management experience
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:

Experience with Blue Prism

Think in conditional logic (IF-THEN-ELSE, CASE statements, Looping, Variables)
