Prozess Ingenieur (m/w/d)

Ihre Tätigkeiten

• Versuche an den Fertigungsmaschinen, um neue Kabel zur Serienreife zu führen
• Analyse und systematische Verbesserung vorhandener Produkte und Fertigungsverfahren
• Unterstützung von Schulungsmaßnahmen der Maschinenführer
• Beratende Unterstützung der Werkstofftechnik bei werkstoffinduzierten Fertigungsproblemen
• Unterstützung bei der Analyse maschineninduzierter Fertigungsprobleme
• Erstellen von Arbeitsanweisungen und Festlegung von Werkzeugen und anderen Auswahlkriterien
• Implementieren neuer Inlinemessverfahren wie z.B. FFT in Fertigungsanlagen

Ihr Profil

• Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Kunststofftechnik und bringen einschlägige Kenntnisse
• Sie verfügen über praktisches Geschick bei der Einrichtung und Durchführung von Versuchen und Prüfungen und analytische Kompetenz
• Sie besitzen gute bis sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP, Präsentation und Kommunikation
• Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Kreativität und Teamfähigkeit sowie Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität runden Ihr Profil ab
