The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the most important production sites for group shampoos. Every day, we produce more than 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie® and Old Spice®. Our site is highly automated with a state-of-the-art level of technology of the cosmetics industry. YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS :
As a Process Engineer, you will work in the operations department, within making or packing. Being a Process Engineer at P&G means being in the field to propose improvement actions (most of time technical) and thus ensure the evolution and optimization of existing processes. As a real project manager, you will be responsible for all the technical indicators of the production to deliver improvements in cost, time... Leader of the area you will have to coach the technicians on a daily basis.
As the entry point to the whole Manufacturing world at P&G, you will benefit from a complete training program to develop your talents.
Several missions await you:

Continuous & daily improvement of production conditions: defect analysis, downtime reduction, production optimization

Start-up and validation of new formats or production recipes as well as new installations

The validation of technological choices and the definition of associated maintenance plans

Development of team skills through problem solving tools
Job Qualifications
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE/ARE :

You have an engineering degree or a university Master's degree with a specialization in industrial/process/chemical engineering or in mechanical/automation

You have a good command of French, English and Pack Office

You have proven your ability to work in a team with cohesion and efficiency

You have a strong analytical mind and problem solving skills
