Job Description
The process engineer is a member of the operational management team that is focused on the performance of the process with respect to safety, quality, volume and cost. The process engineer is orientated toward continuous improvement through process optimization and innovation. The process engineer is expected to demonstrate shop floor leadership while enhancing the professional image of the operational management team through appropriate actions and communication. The process engineer is an active member of the team and contributes to all team discussions and activities, even when these activities do not fall within normal scope of the process engineer position. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.
