Process Design & Data Analytics Lead Specialist

We are looking for a Process Design & Data Analytics Lead Specialist to join our IT Process & Program Management Department.

What will you do:

·         Process Mapping: Document current processes using techniques like BPMN and EPC and determine their Standard Operating Procedures.

·         KPIs and Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure performance, productivity, and quality.

·         Reporting: Create detailed reports and dashboards in ServiceNow to present findings and recommendations.

·         Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

·         Gap Analysis: Compare current performance with desired outcomes to identify improvement areas.

·         Process Improvement: Identify and design optimized processes for improvement (using methodlogies such as Lean, DMAIC, and so on).

·         Compliance and Standards: Ensure processes adhere to our standards and regulatory requirements.

What you'll bring: 

• At least 4 years experience in Process Management, Data Analysis (or data science), and/or Functional Analysis

• Degree in Information Technology, Management Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent.

• Excellent knowledge of Process Management and/or Analysis methodologies Strong statistics, analytical, and logical skills.

• Knowledge of KPI and report management.

• Precision, curiosity, and teamwork orientation.

• Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.

• Previous relevant experience in ​Project Management or Data Analysis roles.

• Knowledge of common ICT governance frameworks like ITIL or COBIT.

• Basic knowledge of methodologies such as UML, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma or Use Case Management and any relevant certification adherent to the cited methodologies.

• Knowledge of data analysis and presentation tools like PowerBI, Qlik and data analysis language like R or Python.

• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow
