We are looking for a Process Design & Data Analytics Lead Specialist to join our IT Process & Program Management Department.
What will you do:
· Process Mapping: Document current processes using techniques like BPMN and EPC and determine their Standard Operating Procedures.
· KPIs and Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure performance, productivity, and quality.
· Reporting: Create detailed reports and dashboards in ServiceNow to present findings and recommendations.
· Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
· Gap Analysis: Compare current performance with desired outcomes to identify improvement areas.
· Process Improvement: Identify and design optimized processes for improvement (using methodlogies such as Lean, DMAIC, and so on).
· Compliance and Standards: Ensure processes adhere to our standards and regulatory requirements.
What you'll bring:

At least 4 years experience in Process Management, Data Analysis (or data science), and/or Functional Analysis

Degree in Information Technology, Management Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent.

Excellent knowledge of Process Management and/or Analysis methodologies Strong statistics, analytical, and logical skills.

Knowledge of KPI and report management.
-
Precision, curiosity, and teamwork orientation.
-
Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.

Previous relevant experience in Project Management or Data Analysis roles.

Knowledge of common ICT governance frameworks like ITIL or COBIT.

Basic knowledge of methodologies such as UML, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma or Use Case Management and any relevant certification adherent to the cited methodologies.

Knowledge of data analysis and presentation tools like PowerBI, Qlik and data analysis language like R or Python.

Basic knowledge of ServiceNow
