POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Process Associate FLSA: Non-Exempt
Group: As Assigned Site: Ambattur, Chennai
Reports Directly to: Team Leader
Position Overview:
Must be able to type a minimum of 35-45WPM with a 99% accuracy rating in numeric or alpha/numeric mix. Must be able to key from written and image source documents according to the specific client requirements. Candidate should be highly energetic, flexible for working hours and quick to grasp the process knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School or equivalent, Graduation.
Skills: Ability to understand and give instruction accurately.
Basic computer and interpersonal skills.
English speaking preferred.
Ability to follow instructions
Communication skills
Good in Typing Writing ( 35 – 45 WPM )
Responsibilities:
· Capture data on a PC workstation from CRT images or client provided written source documents.
· Capture entry must be performed in an accurate and timely fashion using specified DATAMARK procedures.
· All other duties as assigned.
