We are looking for a dynamic and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of recruiting across a wide variety of levels and functions in a global, fast-paced environment. Ideally, the candidate will have experience within healthcare and financial sectors. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work not only on recruitment efforts at the fund level but also engage directly with ARCHIMED’s portfolio companies. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of the organization and its portfolio, gaining exposure to a variety of challenging and impactful recruitment projects within an international framework.

Your Role:

  • Develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent for both internal and portfolio positions across various functions and levels, with a focus on the Healthcare and Financial sectors.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for both fund-level and portfolio company roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices and selection processes.
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing channels—job boards, networking events, referrals, and more—to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment workflows.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support recruitment efforts for both internal teams and portfolio companies.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment, selection, and hiring practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in international recruitment across various levels and functions within the Healthcare & Lifesciences sectors (mandatory), experience in Financial industry is a plus.
  • Candidates with experience from recruitment agencies or executive search firms are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience leading the full recruitment lifecycle: Demonstrated ability to manage the entire recruitment process, from active sourcing and identifying potential candidates to conducting candidate outreach.
  • Strong focus on candidate approach and interviewing, ensuring a thorough assessment of candidates to make well-informed hiring decisions. Proven expertise in engaging candidates, assessing their fit for roles, and successfully managing the process from initial contact to offer stage.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment trends and hiring practices in the Healthcare or Financial industries.
  • Familiarity with Private Equity is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with hiring managers, portfolio companies, and candidates.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously across different regions and functions.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies to streamline the hiring process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Fluency in English AND German is a must, both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively manage workloads with minimal supervision.

Language Requirements:

  • No French skills are necessary for this position, as the team communicates primarily in English. Fluency in German and English is a must, both written and spoken.
