ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Conducting sales, service, and solicitation of all forms of personal property & casualty insurance business – with an emphasis in the Private Client/High Net Worth space  

  • Maximizing growth and client retention through superior customer service 

  • Developing accounts and cross selling available products and services 

  • Generating and pursuing new client opportunities 

  • Develop and deliver formal proposals of insurance program  

  • Retaining clients by maintaining solid relationships 

  • Collaborate with account managers and the marketing team to complete proposals and selection of potential markets 

  • Negotiate with carriers and evaluate carrier quotes to secure the best quotes possible for clients 

 

WHAT YOU OFFER US: 

  • 2+ years industry experience 

  • Active P&C license in SC or NC required 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products 

  • Sales acumen - strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills required 

  • The preferred candidate is a team player with a great attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education preferred

Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experienceRequired Travel: Negligible

Required Education: High school or equivalent
