What you’ll do:

You will join the Legal & Risk team, and in particular the Compliance team, reporting directly to the Compliance Senior Manager;

You will monitor regulatory developments in privacy (e.g., GDPR, EDPB, national authorities) and AI (e.g., EU AI Act, European guidelines) and contribute to the definition, updating and management of compliance frameworks and processes (policies, procedures, DPIAs, FRIAs, records of processing activities, etc.), also acting as a point of contact with Flutter Entertainment Plc for the implementation of Group compliance policies and procedures related to AI and privacy and the monitoring and reporting of Group KRIs;

You will provide expert advice to business units on projects, processes, and tools involving personal data or AI technologies, also collaborating with DPO, Legal Affairs, IT, and Innovation teams to ensure a consistent and compliant approach;

You will cascade the AI and privacy policies and procedures defined centrally in foreign subsidiaries located in Morocco, Albania, Turkey, France, Spain and Portugal, also providing operational support and consultancy. and monitor their implementation and effective application;

You will prepare periodic reports for local management and Flutter Entertainment Plc;

You will identify any training needs related to privacy and AI and organize, prepare and deliver specific training sessions and awareness activities.
Who you are:
-
You have 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in primary consultancy firms or within Compliance departments in multinational contexts;

You have in-depth knowledge of local and EU regulations on AI and privacy, and are familiar with the implementation of compliance management systems at an international level;
-
You have a degree in the fields of Law, Economics or Political Sciences;

You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 package (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point);
-
You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;

You are an excellent communicator and comfortable in managing multiple tasks, collaborative, with problem-solving attitude, accurate in your deliverables and open to develop competencies in new subjects;

You know how to work in a team, organize, schedule, communicate and present your activities and interact with multiple and heterogeneous stakeholders.

You are available to travel to subsidiaries’ countries (around 10% of the time).
Preferrably, you also have:

Proficiency in French, Spanish, Portuguese.

Certifications in privacy and AI matters (e.g. CIPM, CIPP/E, AIGP).
