Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

• Drive large scale research i.e. market research studies, brand measures, value proposition research, positioning research, segmentation studies, personas, pricing studies, satisfaction and loyalty studies
• Develop the research toolkit and build team workflows that will ensure research quality and team efficiency
• Communicate, advocate for, and socialize actionable insights in a compelling way
• Partner with product and marketing stakeholders to guide product development and refinement, understanding their strategies and needs, discovering roadblocks, and prioritizing research
• Drive toward team goals and expectations focused on mutual accountability
• Demonstrate and teach others how to apply a range of research methods, comprehending the balance and trade-offs between scrappy research and rigor
• Actively contribute to Personio's Insights team culture, processes, and documentation

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

• 12+ years of research experience in the field of market and user research with a proven record of driving change through research insights
• Extensive experience conducting quantitative research including: product success measurement, value proposition research, segmentation studies, personas, pricing studies, satisfaction and loyalty studies etc
• Proven proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Experience in scaling and evangelizing user research within the broader organization in creative ways to increase empathy
• Outstanding communicator both verbally and in writing, and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners at all levels to influence decision-making and strategy
• Experience at a scaling or scaled, enterprise-company
• A strong desire for creative problem-solving, tolerance for ambiguity and excellent time-management skills

  Salary Range
  $195,000 to $207,000 a year, plus equity and benefits.
  Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate's final level and final location. Also, this range represents base salary only and does not include equity, or benefits, if applicable.
