Principal Trade Relations Analyst - RemoteJob Description
The Principal Trade Relations Analyst leads the financial analyses and reporting relating to the profitability of Pharmacy Trade. This position participates in the budgeting and forecasting processes of the department and the development of new analytical models, financial analysis requirements and strategic purchasing recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Provide complex financial analyses of manufacturer rebate proposals and operations including sensitivity analyses, competitive offer assessments, performance tracking and scenario building
- Participate in the development of strategic formulary recommendations, including a key role in internal decision-making processes and Pharmacy & Therapeutic (P&T) communication such as modeling to support P&T decisions relating to formulary placement and rebate impact for Prime's Commercial and Medicare Part D clients
- Work with internal and external resources to analyze and interpret business results and data including but not limited to costs, revenue and profitability
- Create complex models relating to rebate and manufacturer admin fee forecasting, utilization management programs, and RFP's to support the business with critical evaluation on both strategic and financial impacts to Prime
- Consult with Prime management to investigate and analyze key business issues
- Serve as subject matter expert regarding Trade analytics to internal and external stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 8 years of financial analysis experience in PBM, healthcare, government programs, benefits consulting or financial services
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Potential pay for this position ranges from $108,000.00 - $184,000.00 based on experience and skills.
