Job Description

CyberArk is seeking a Principal QA Architect to join our distinguished team responsible for cross-company automation frameworks and quality processes supporting all CyberArk products. In this role, you will drive the standardization of quality processes, work with various cloud environments and API tools, and collaborate with teams across multiple geographies, including Israel and India. You will play a key role in defining and implementing cutting-edge automation frameworks and testing strategies for modern SaaS services. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the definition and implementation of cross-company testing strategies.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to ensure the adoption of state-of-the-art solutions.
• Engage in hands-on technical work, including designing new automation frameworks to enhance product quality.
• Design and implement new automation frameworks to enhance product quality.
• Oversee and manage testing cloud environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Drive and oversee quality initiatives for cross-group, solution-level features, ensuring alignment with quality objectives. 
• Coordinate and facilitate quality actions across multiple teams, fostering collaboration and consistency. 
• Work closely with various teams to define and implement solution-level scenarios. 
• Champion a company-wide quality mindset by collaborating with QA Leads and driving organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience from a technology elite unit). 
• 10+ years of experience in software quality, preferably in a global SaaS company within an agile environment. 
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes, with experience in implementing best practices. 
• Strong technical background, including experience working with cloud-based, large-scale SaaS products, continuous integration (CI) tools, and testing and monitoring solutions such as XRAY and DataDog. 
• Expertise in API testing, automation frameworks, and scripting. 
• Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimization. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across multiple teams. 
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) 

• Solid understanding of the cybersecurity domain. 
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud-based testing environments and frameworks. 
• Proficiency in coding and scripting for automation purposes. 
• Experience in implementing new quality processes or tools leveraging AI to enhance testing efficiency, defect detection, or automation in software quality.
