Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Program Manager to coordinate and drive the successful execution of global initiatives across multiple business units, including Commercial, Technology, and Operations. In this role, you will focus on managing processes, timelines, and communication to ensure alignment and delivery of key projects. This role does not involve making strategic decisions about priorities but requires close collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and seamless execution.


Key Responsibilities:
• Program Coordination and Management:
◦ Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely execution of global initiatives.
◦ Manage program processes, ensuring all teams adhere to timelines and deliverables.
◦ Act as a process owner, ensuring clarity and consistency in workflows and deliverables across teams.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
◦ Facilitate coordination between global stakeholders across business, technical, and operational teams.
◦ Gather input and ensure alignment from all relevant stakeholders to support decision-making by leadership.
◦ Organize and lead regular check-ins and status updates with project teams and stakeholders.
• Program Monitoring and Reporting:
◦ Track program progress, milestones, and KPIs to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
◦ Prepare and present regular program updates, status reports, and recommendations to senior leaders.
◦ Identify potential risks and bottlenecks, escalating issues when necessary to maintain program timelines.
• Process Improvement and Standardization:
◦ Design and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and scalability.
◦ Develop and maintain standardized templates, documentation, and tools to support program management across regions and teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
◦ Serve as the primary point of contact for global programs, ensuring clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
◦ Facilitate decision-making processes by providing stakeholders with the necessary data, insights, and context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, or a related role, preferably in a global or cross-functional setting.
• Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale programs across multiple geographies and business units.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience facilitating collaboration among diverse teams.
• Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies is a plus.


Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in technology, e-commerce, or multinational organizations.
• Global work experience or fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
