Principal, Product Marketing, Digital Media Services
The product marketing principal, digital media services role provides marketing support to help drive the hotel B2B strategy; product awareness and adoption; operational readiness; and on-going campaign and sales enablement support. This role will focus on advertising technology and digital media services in the travel industry, including products for Sabre’s hotel supplier customers.
This position requires close interaction with Sabre product managers, third-party partners, marketing communications and sales to drive market-led priorities. Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate and simplify complex, technical concepts related to advertising technology and digital media services, are a must.
Duties include building messaging and positioning, sales enablement materials, launching products into market, growing existing products and, in select cases, sunsetting products. While this is an individual contributor role, the principal product marketer is held accountable for business results and is expected to lead projects and influence stakeholders to achieve his or her goals.
Role Responsibilities

Drive market awareness and product adoption of Sabre’s digital media services products.

Define and drive the product campaign and go-to-market plans from internal communications and awareness to sales enablement through external market promotion. This may include collaboration with third-party partners in the fin tech and travel domains.

Support and enable sales to articulate key messages and market problems, identify target prospect lists, leverage value-based collateral, presentations or integrated demonstrations (utilizing relevant personas), and support strategic sales pursuits

Collect testimonials or case studies and identify key customer references to advance Sabre’s stature.

Position Sabre as a thought leader with customer-centric positioning and messaging targeted to segment and buying role, through a multi-channel approach including (e.g. webinars, whitepapers, speaking engagements, events, and updates to Sabre.com)

Understand market dynamics and business buyers/influencers to target, define buyer personas, and participate in relevant industry, trade and community events

Monitor market adoption of products through the full lifecycle, and identify areas for new sales (e.g., consulting, cross-sell or up-sell opportunities, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications & Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent

At least 4+ years of advertising technology, digital media management, business-to-business technology, or product marketing experience

Essential to understanding the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, DSPs/SSPs, and standard digital advertising KPIs

Proactively stay informed about new, relevant industry advances and how to market those developments relevant to our business goals

Strong, proven leadership skills in a cross-functional, matrixed team environment with executive presence

Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and has a proven ability to operate well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and Salesforce Pardot

Fluency in English

Open to working in a flexible, hybrid work environment that includes in-person from Sabre’s Southlake office at least 3 days per week

Experience with marketing or managing hotel distribution across the product life cycle
