We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to have a leading role in driving both core-product experience and platform-level initiatives, with a strong focus on building scalable, high-impact solutions that support long-term growth. You will provide hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on system-level thinking to solve complex, multi-dimensional problems. You will be responsible for balancing the development of core system capabilities with new product features that enhance customer value and efficiency across our entire ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full product lifecycle for core feature and platform-focused initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet both immediate user needs and long-term strategic goals.
  • Engage deeply with users and stakeholders to identify pain points and uncover opportunities for impactful features that bring measurable value to the product.
  • Create and refine detailed product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for initiatives spanning core experiences and platform functionality.
  • Champion the development of reusable components and shared services, optimizing the platform to support current and future products across the portfolio.
  • Use data and product analytics to evaluate and adjust priorities, making informed decisions that maximize impact and align with strategic objectives. Establish KPIs to measure product success and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Partner effectively across engineering, design, and GTM teams to ensure cohesive product execution.
  • Communicate product vision and strategic priorities to senior leadership, driving alignment, securing buy-in, and ensuring visibility on high-impact initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of best practices, learning, and knowledge sharing.
  • Champion process improvements that elevate team collaboration and drive excellence in product management.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of product management experience with a blend of both core product and platform-level initiatives in high-growth environments. 
  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects from ideation through execution, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement, leveraging user insights and analytics to iterate on product experiences.

NYC Pay Range

$200,000$220,000 USD
