What You’ll Do

  • Shape the future: Define and champion a bold, data-driven lifecycle engagement strategy addressing critical customer pain points while unlocking key business opportunities.

  • Deliver delight: Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, sales, and marketing—to launch engaging, multi-channel customer experiences that drive measurable outcomes.

  • Mentor and inspire: Coach and elevate PMs across the team, fostering a culture of excellence in product craft, analytical rigor, and strategic communication.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Ownership mindset: You don’t just solve problems—you own the outcomes, pushing through barriers with resilience and determination.

  • Data-driven problem-solving: You excel at turning complex challenges into actionable insights, using data and first principles thinking to guide decisions.

  • Influential communicator: You can craft compelling narratives and influence stakeholders at all levels, from senior leadership to customers.

  • Customer-obsessed: You dive deep to understand customer pain points, using methods like interviews, surveys, and usability testing to surface meaningful insights.

  • Experimentation guru: You’re experienced in running experiments or pilots, setting clear hypotheses, defining success metrics, and iterating for impact.

  • Cross-functional collaborator: You thrive in diverse, collaborative environments, aligning teams to deliver results.

Experience

  • 5+ years in product management, with a proven track record of delivering customer and business impact. Bonus if you bring a background in product marketing or management consulting.
