We are entering our next major phase of growth, and we are looking for a dynamic leader to elevate the Admin Experience within our product. This individual will be instrumental in positioning our product to IT teams, ensuring it addresses critical enterprise needs around user & group management, plan insights, invoice management, and payments.
As a Principal Product Manager, you will be accountable for driving the Admin Experience roadmap. This includes working on business impacting investments within areas of high ambiguity, driving strategy that aligns with customer demands, business goals, and industry trends. You will report to the Director of Product Management for Enterprise & Ecosystem, based in the USA. Our HQ is in Bellevue, Washington (USA).
You Will:
- Define a vision and strategy for your product area, ensuring it supports the needs of enterprise IT teams and leaders.
- Deeply understand the requirements around user & license management, access controls, roles and permissions, compliance, governance, and auditing.
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Pricing and Packaging teams to position our Admin capabilities to IT teams, creating a strong go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with Customer Excellence and Sales to gather insights and inform product strategies that address customer needs.
- Define a clear and well-prioritized product roadmap, working with engineering to deliver features that elevate the Admin Experience.
- Partner with design teams to create high-quality, user-friendly experiences that meet the expectations of enterprise administrators.
- Stay ahead of market trends in governance, compliance, and enterprise IT management, using data to drive new recommendations.
- Support additional initiatives and responsibilities as needed.
About You:
- 10+ years experience as a product manager for a software product, B2B or B2C cloud experience preferred.
- Experience in related product segments - Enterprise Security and/or IT Administration.
- Experience working with UX and engineering teams; deep commitment to customers and team collaboration.
- Passionate drive and extraordinary ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and executives.
- Passion for web-based business software.
- Ability to evaluate and discuss technical concepts.
- Experience working with data analytics and visualization.
