Principal Product Manager - Enterprise Strategy and Planning

Your future team
Do you want to help lead a team that is a key pillar of Atlassian's enterprise strategy, cultivating one of our largest transformation vectors? Atlassian's Enterprise Strategy and Planning product team is looking for an experienced leader to drive strategy and roadmap for Atlassian Focus. You will work alongside design, engineering, and business leaders to drive business and customer outcomes.
What you'll do

• Define product strategy and priorities and short, medium, and long-term roadmap
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Business teams to ship products that deliver beautiful, thoughtful, and delightful experiences to our customers
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure impact of product initiatives, using OKR framework and data-driven insights to inform decisions
• Foster a tight feedback loop between the product team and sales/services teams for continuous improvement on enablement, future roadmap plans and customer feedback
• Represent Enterprise Strategy and Planning in customer meetings and external events

Your background

• Prior product management experience in the B2B SaaS domain
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Expertise leading product teams catering to the enterprise segment of Atlassian business
• Knowledge of Atlassian Platform (specifically core nouns of Goals, Projects and Teams) including strategy and technological opportunities/limitations
• Familiarity with working with enterprise customers, executive presence and aptitude to represent the product team and Enterprise Strategy and Planning overall to internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, driving alignment in particular where teams must align cross-org
• Experience working directly with GTM teams (sales, marketing, enablement) to ensure a cohesive messages, feedback loops and scalability of practices and plays to support thought leadership and time to value.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $190,400 - $253,800
Zone B: $171,300 - $228,400
Zone C: $158,000 - $210,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
