What you will do
- Be responsible for translating new concepts and ideas into constructions
- Identify technical concepts, use specific tools for evaluation and make implementation proposals
- As part of development teams, you will be assigned to development tasks which are time committed
- Apply design of experiment (DOE) according to proposed concept
- Use state of the art development tools for semiconductor development
What you will need
- Master’s Degree or PhD in physics or electrical engineering

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position, preferred in power MOSFET design and wafer fab processes

Knowledge in state-of-the-art trench MOS platforms like split gate, orthogonal contacts, low ohmic substrates
-
Knowledge in semiconductor physics as well as in semiconductor applications

Familiar with standard software tools (e.g. Office), technical data analysis tools and problem-solving technique

Knowledge/Experience in power MOSFET Layout, TCAD or other simulation and design tools is an advantage.

Strong know how in technical data analysis

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to work under pressure

Good team player

Willingness to travel (~10%)
- Business fluent in German and English, written and spoken
