As Principal Growth Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact with creative ways to drive demand and growth for our product and solutions. You will shape our demand generation, lead generation, customer and partner acquisition strategies and build out a scalable, repeatable pipeline generating machine.
You will own and drive growth marketing campaigns all the way from strategy and planning to execution and scale. You will be a member of our marketing team, reporting to the CMO, and will be empowered to shape and grow the function to engage with our target customers and partners—and, ultimately have a significant impact on adoption, pipeline, and revenue for Vendia. You will have access to robust set of marketing automation tools, and an opportunity to influence efficient and strategic use of those tools.
Responsibilities
- Define persona-based targeting approach and channel specific content strategy.
- Define, launch, and manage customer and partner acquisition campaigns.
- Leverage various channels (website, paid, social, events etc.) to build awareness and drive meaningful MQLs.
- Manage engagement across social media platforms.
- Test and improve performance across campaigns.
- Continuously monitor revenue performance, uncover areas for improvement, ideate and test recommendations.
- Own marketing demand budget allocation and optimization across all acquisition channels.
- Own and drive marketing led growth OKRs with both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
You are:
- Strategic, results-driven B2B marketer, with deep knowledge and experience in growth marketing, including paid digital marketing, running multi-channel growth campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), evaluating new channels, and working with agencies and partners.
- Self-starter, problem-solver, eager to make an impact and thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Great at juggling projects and driving them to completion and can operate fluidly between the big picture and small tasks, while never losing sight of results.
- A team player and constant learner, with ability to align cross-functional teams towards a common objective, partnering closely with sales & customer success, etc., and nurturing relationships across every functional team.
- Both data-driven and intuitive. You understand the market and competitive landscape, can sense where the market is going, and build hypothesis based on research and data, to drive our growth strategy–Test, measure, iterate.
You have:
- 10+ years of relevant work experience — marketing, product marketing, strategy consulting.
- 8+ years of experience in a B2B demand generation and/or growth marketing role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS and data technology marketing, working closely with sales teams.
- Experience managing a budget and prioritizing spend across demand activities.
- Expertise with marketing automation, ABM, and paid/social tools.
- Passion for innovative technology, empathy for the people who use it, and a global outlook is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
