Role Overview
This role will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing FP&A and will work closely with business leaders from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to provide data-driven insights, financial planning, and strategic analysis that support decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions and ensure financial objectives are met while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead and prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial plans for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives
- Provide regular financial performance reports, including variance analysis and forecasts to business leaders
- Develop and maintain financial models, including pricing simulations, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI assessments, to support key business initiatives
- Collaborate with business teams to ensure financial assumptions and strategies are aligned with operatinoal goals
- Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to drive cost optimization, improve business performance, and identify areas for financial improvement.
- Act as a financial consultant for major initiatives, launches, and strategic changes to ensure financial targets are met.
- Deep Dive to identify root causes of performance gaps, offering actionable solutions to enhance profitability and customer experience.
- Financial Performance & Reporting
- Consolidate and review P&L statements for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functions, ensuring accuracy and highlighting significant variances.
- Provide strategic insights and financial guidance to improve key performance indicators (KPIs), business efficiency, and cost management.
- Continuously improve financial reporting dashboards and automate the reporting process to drive better decision-making.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for financial process improvements within the business functions and implement automation or more efficient processes where possible.
- Work on special projects related to topline growth, new product launches, or customer-focused initiatives.
Basic qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in finance or strategy-related roles, preferably within the tech, e-commerce, or online service sectors.
- Expertise in financial modeling, including pricing simulations, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI assessments.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL and business intelligence tools for data analysis and dashboard creation.
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally with teams in Sales and Marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or business partnering roles within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics platforms or tools for reporting automation and data visualization.

- Document Return Policy
- This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.

If no request is made until the end of this period, all of his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
