Assists in the development & execution of the strategy and roadmap for Finance & Accounting with a focus on continuous improvement. Prioritizes decisions and stages of work based upon resources within Finance & Accounting and APD. Recommends process and service improvements to execute on both the Finance Organization’s and Divisional strategy. Identifies new innovative ways to solve complex challenges. Negotiates and influences with corporate and cross-functional teams to complete and execute work. Provides leadership to and develops team.

Responsibilities:
- Continuous Improvement and Execution of Finance Organization’s Strategic Goals & Focus
- Oversight & management of system projects
- Support Accounting organization’s strategy & focus on continuous improvement
- Ensure integration of all teams and processes
- Acquisition readiness and coordination
- Responsible for prioritizing & managing team roadmaps
- Ensure compliance, governance and internal controls are implemented & documented
- Ensure there are SOP’s by area by function
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Change Management Professional
- Project Management Certified
- Must possess excellent customer service, written and oral communication skills
- Must show attention to detail
- Must possess ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines
- In-depth understanding of Accounting & Finance Systems & Processes
Protective’s targeted salary range for this position is $95,500 to $140,000. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective’s total compensation package for employees.
This position also offers additional incentive opportunities [through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance] OR [through cash compensation as part of a sales incentive plan (SIP).
