The Role:
Entegris is seeking an experienced, full time Principal, Ethics and Compliance Program to join its well-regarded Law Department. This role may be based in Singapore or Taiwan and reporting to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel Global Compliance & Employment. The role will have a wide range of responsibilities, including proactively managing the Company’s Global Ethics and Compliance Program and supporting strategic initiatives. This high-profile role will involve partnership with cross functional teams to promote the Company’s ethical culture and PACE values.
What You’ll Do:

Develop a solid understanding of Entegris’ businesses, technologies and services;

Create concise, user-friendly, visually attractive presentations to clearly communicate compliance program initiatives and efficacy to key stakeholders.

Effectively partner with a training content vendor to develop global compliance and anti-harassment training content and coordinate the delivery of this training content to all employees
-
Manage reports received through the Entegris Ethics and Compliance Hotline, including intake, assessment/investigation, and resolution of hotline reports;

Regular international travel required, (20-30%), to develop relationships with internal and external audit, regional leaders, business and technology management, and operations personnel and to deliver in-person bespoke compliance training to key stakeholders.

Monitor business activity and risks across the global organization and use this information to shape the scope and focus of the Company’s compliance strategy, as well as develop and execute a risk-based project plan to address and control for compliance risks;

Day to day management of the company’s third-party diligence process and conflict of interest disclosure process.

Auditing of third parties (resellers, sales channel partners, distributors, etc.) for FCPA and conflict of interest compliance

Support periodic global compliance risk assessments to identify emerging risks across Entegris;

Conduct confidential investigations of compliance matters at the direction of counsel, including in the areas of anti-corruption, general employee misconduct, and protection of confidential information and company assets (including travel as required);

Create and coordinate an annual training calendar, identifying relevant subject matter and appropriate audiences subject and conduct live, in person training classes and modules on a variety of compliance and anti-corruption topics;

Work to improve the identification, quantification/measurement, management, reporting and control of best practices in compliance and risk management;

Work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Demonstrate conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and implications.

Support M&A and integration related compliance projects

Inspire confidence as a compliance subject matter expert who understands and has memorized the Company’s Code of Business Ethics and Compliance Policies.

Advanced level of experience in either a compliance, audit or risk role (or combination thereof),

Bachelor/Masters or equivalent required

Experience in Risk Management

Ability to regularly work flexible hours to regularly coordinate and connect with colleagues in the United States during their business hours and to regularly travel to all of Entegris’ sites in Asia.

Integrated experience with information technology, financial and operation controls
-
Proven track record of taking ownership for executing concurrently on a portfolio of high-quality deliverables according to strict timetables

Exceptional ability to communicate clearly to various audiences using Power Point and other visual mediums;

Strong experience in reporting to senior management, governance committees, and internal/external auditors
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

Traditional and simplified Chinese fluency strongly preferred
-
SAP knowledge strongly preferred

Related certification is preferred ACA, CFA, SCCE, ICA preferred, but not required

Public accounting experience preferred, but not required
-
Industry experience in semiconductor setting preferred, but not required
-
Comfort and confidence with public speaking before large, medium and small audiences

Sense of humor is a plus
