We're looking for an experienced Principal Software Development Engineer to join our Cloud Browser Isolation team. Reporting to the Sr Manager Software Engineering, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing automated deployment and upgrade tools to streamline customer rollouts, reducing maintenance needs and minimizing errors
- Building automation tools to boost developer productivity and promoting DevOps within engineering teams
- Collaborating with QA and Engineering to design infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs
- Collaborating with SMEs throughout product development to plan and enhance infrastructure
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Over 10 years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proficient in GoLang, Java, or Rust; intermediate in Python and Bash
- Expertise with backend systems in large-scale service-oriented architectures
- Skilled in AWS, Azure, or GCP at an intermediate to advanced level
- Intermediate to advanced level experience with Linux Operating System and CI & Build tools
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Proficient in config management and orchestration tools like Terraform, Docker, Ansible, Puppet, Salt, or Chef
- Passion for automation and problem solving
- Ability to work both with a global team and individually
