About the role:
- Focused on governance and enabling the entire backend operation through process & yield integration ( FE to BE ) , technical & methodologies, and data integration and analysis.
What you will do:
- Establish and drive BE data maturity road map.
- Drive data integration and analysis of large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights that inform business decisions & improvement.
- Standardize and establish advanced analytics models, such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and practices.
- Coach and Governance Process Characterization data analyst (input and output correlation checker).
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support task force / crisis.
What will you need:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 10+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related fields.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex analytics projects.
- Extensive experience with data analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including Python, R, SQL, and/or other analytics platforms.
- Experience in data visualization & statistical tools like Spotfire Power BI, or similar.
- Strong ownership with driving, pushing and executing ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership with perseverance and cooperation inside.
