We are looking for talented, high-energy, highly collaborative, deeply technical candidates with experience in technical pre-sales, networking ASIC applications engineering, component and system-level hardware and software support, and customer program management. This role encompasses all aspects of technical customer interaction and support from presenting Enfabrica products and solutions, gathering customer requirements and expectations, developing supporting engineering collateral, architecting the best solution and working closely with Enfabrica and the customer’s engineering teams to deploy it at scale, as well as providing post-deployment support.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate:

  • Is fluent in Data Center and AI/ML/HPC networking technologies
  • Is knowledgeable in RDMA technologies and architectures
  • Is experienced in bring up, troubleshooting and performance tuning of large scale DC/HPC/AI/ML cluster deployments 
  • Possesses good understanding of NIC and switch architectures
  • Is experienced with kernel and user space networking software stacks
  • Is proficient in C/C++, Python
  • Is familiar or can quickly learn AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow etc.) and collective communication libraries (NCCL/RCCL)
  • Can confidently operate at the ASIC, system and application levels
  • Is a self-starter, executes good technical judgment to drive next actions and customer outcomes with little guidance
  • Is able to create customer facing documents, debug and monitoring tools
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to speak confidently in front of small and large audiences
  • Very well organized, able to keep track of and manage multiple projects and engagements 
  • Has at least 3 years of ASIC/Software/system development experience and at least 5 years of customer facing experience
  • Is able to travel to customer locations on periodic basis
