We are looking for a seasoned Principal Consultant to join our growing IT Consulting practice. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, leading them through their toughest challenges and crafting high-impact solutions. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you'll get to ...

  • lead client discussions to uncover their true needs, goals, and desired outcomes
  • act as a trusted advisor, coach, and problem-solver, leveraging your deep technical expertise to address client challenges
  • document solutions with the right level of detail, ensuring clarity and capturing all client requirements
  • facilitate clear decision-making by presenting complex information in easy-to-understand terms, both verbally and visually
  • champion technical thought leadership within your domain, effectively communicating complex IT concepts to diverse audiences
  • develop and deliver innovative solutions that integrate industry expertise, best practices, and our proprietary tools to drive lasting change
  • craft high-quality solutions with short, mid, and long-term considerations, ensuring scalability and future success
  • utilize exceptional analytical and quantitative skills to solve complex problems with data-driven insights
  • build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with clients at all levels within their organization
  • do other duties as needed by the role

REQUIREMENTS:

On day one, we'll expect you to...

  • have 10+ years of extensive experience in IT consulting or a related field (with at least 3+ years of technical leadership) 
  • have a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field but a master’s degree is preferred
  • have a proven track record of successfully leading client engagements and delivering impactful solutions.
  • possess strong understanding of IT strategy, architecture, and various technology domains (e.g., cloud computing, systems, cybersecurity, IT security, etc.).
  • effectively interact by applying People management, Emotional Intelligence, and collaboration skills
  • have excellent strategic thinking, judgment, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor clear and high-quality messages to different audiences
  • possess executive presence with ability to manage through ambiguity, creatively, and with ability to innovate
  • have deep analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a comfort working with data.
  • have the ability to build strong relationships, likability to clients, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • possess a passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging IT trends, a sense of purpose, and accountability with a growth mindset
  • have exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 
  • be able to prioritize tasks across multiple projects 
  • be a US Citizen
  • be willing to work in US Pacific Time zone or within client hours as needed 
  • have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
  • be willing to install next generation end point protection on the computer
  • be willing to undergo a background check
