Job Type: Permanent, full-time (60% Home Office)
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead projects in site investigation, risk assessment, and soil & groundwater remediation.
- Act as an expert in our international team, specializing in investigation planning, hydrogeological studies, and remedial design.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level consultants, strengthening their technical and scientific expertise.
- Oversee proposal preparation, quality management, budgeting, and deadlines, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health protection standards.
- Collaborate with teams and clients to successfully deliver ongoing projects and drive new business opportunities.
About You:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, Water Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in site investigation & remediation, groundwater studies, water resource management and contaminated site management.
- Experience with international projects.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong knowledge of BBodSchG and BBodSchV regulations.
- Strong client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to project needs.
