Location: Frankfurt

Job Type: Permanent, full-time (60% Home Office)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects in site investigation, risk assessment, and soil & groundwater remediation.
  • Act as an expert in our international team, specializing in investigation planning, hydrogeological studies, and remedial design.
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level consultants, strengthening their technical and scientific expertise.
  • Oversee proposal preparation, quality management, budgeting, and deadlines, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health protection standards.
  • Collaborate with teams and clients to successfully deliver ongoing projects and drive new business opportunities.

About You:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, Water Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in site investigation & remediation, groundwater studies, water resource management and contaminated site management.
  • Experience with international projects.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong knowledge of BBodSchG and BBodSchV regulations.
  • Strong client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to project needs.
