Job Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition & Market Expertise – Define and implement strategic sales plans to build a network of key contacts within target F100 companies you're assigned.

Enterprise-Level Deal Execution – Lead negotiations and deal closures, ensuring alignment with T-Mobile for Business (TFB) and company-wide Vision, Mission, Strategy, and Objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work seamlessly with internal teams—including Marketing, Sales Engineering, Sales Support, and Product Development—to craft compelling, customer-centric solutions. Prepare for high-impact customer presentations and deliver tailored responses to RFPs/RFIs.

Executive Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong C-suite relationships, as a trusted partner who understands their evolving needs. Engage in executive-level discussions to drive customer success and long-term adoption of T-Mobile solutions.

Technical & Business Acumen – Leverage your technical expertise to translate business challenges into innovative technology solutions that drive measurable impact. Stay attuned to shifts in customer needs, proactively identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.

Pipeline & Performance Management – Maintain an accurate pipeline and revenue forecast in CRM systems, ensuring precision in sales tracking and performance reporting.
Required Education & Experience
-
10+ years of B2B sales experience focused on Large Enterprise (Fortune 100) accounts.

2-4 years of experience selling wireless solutions/technology products as a lead salesperson, with a focus on securing new business (new logos) or pure prospects.

2-4 years of experience engaging with C-suite executives, delivering high-impact presentations and attending key industry events.

Experience working with Internationally Headquartered organizations.

Bachelor’s degree in business or technology preferred.
