Team Description
Our team is looking for a Business Operations Principal who will report to a leader in our Sabre MVD office. This role will collaborate across multiple functions, including Sabre business units, Sabre Finance and People Team to solve challenges internally and implement goal-oriented strategies.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Engage with different teams across all business units to drive efficiencies and better ways of working together.
- Drives projects with the goal of generating efficiencies.
- Partner with Sabre Care, Commercial, SRE, Product and Dev Teams on joint goal setting, , and multiyear outlooks
- Support ITSM Operations in managing processes and documentation.
- Develop and automate processes to drive efficiencies.
- Develop metrics to track improvements in the process and efficiency.
- Analyze Incident/Problem/Change data for actionable information and communicate to leadership
- Collaborate across multiple functions to develop business cases
- Coordinate and complete special projects
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced English level both verbal and written
- Project Management abilities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and other organizational frameworks.
- ITIL certification preferred.
- Curious mindset and self-starter; ability to interpret data and communicate message clearly and concisely
- Excellent communication and people skills with an ability to work across an organization, developing key relationships
- Impeccable oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strategic thinking to anticipate potential issues and suggest creative alternatives to overcome barriers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products with advanced PowerPoint and Excel expertise; Workday and other third-party tools preferred
