Serves as the chief technical owner for clients leveraging Acxiom’s Data and Identity Products & Services. Provides progressive leadership to assigned clients by consulting and leading the overall technical solution while also serving as the technical escalation point/support. Ensures client solutions maintain the technical vision and standards within Acxiom. Drives the definition of requirements for upsell opportunities, resolution of client delivery issues, and ensure seamless quality assurance of client deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Client-lead that consults with clients at a strategic level on solution design and business requirements for Data & Identity Solutions. Ensures overall solution requirements and design incorporates Acxiom and client’s overall solution vision.
- Responsible for overall solution integrity of large and complex solutions across multiple clients, providing strategic direction to other Solution Architects on technology and design choices.
- Provides guidance on client value and satisfaction while balancing corporate objectives, feasibility and scalability of solution.
- Utilize subject matter expertise on Acxiom and industry technologies, verticals and lines of business in order to help consult on aligning client business needs to products, solutions and services offered.
- Lead, define and adhere to Acxiom solution standards, estimates, processes, policies and procedures. Familiar with other towers methodologies including project management and development methodologies.
- Consults / advises and educates management, affected teams and clients through communications at the appropriate technical granularity. Shares best practices and incorporates lessons learned into estimates, standards and protocols.
- Proactively developing internal relationships and working with product teams to provide feedback to the appropriate lines of business or product team to ensure Acxiom produces and/or enhances products that can meet the ever-changing business needs of our clients.
- Educate client on online/offline/tag data inside the analytic platform to facilitate successful client analytics, measurement & modeling.
- Collaborate with operational functions to ensure successful installation & operations of products contracted by the customer.
Requirements
- Known expert for MarTech and AdTech business & technical solutions for assigned data and/or identity clients.
- In-depth knowledge & understanding of delivery methodology design, project & change management procedures.
- The associate effectively and regularly communicates with high-level client stakeholders. Recognizing that each group demands a different level of communication / presentation skills.
- Known track record of the ability to take detailed, highly technical concepts and present to client in a high-level non-technical fashion without the support of account management team. Be able to effectively communicate the business benefits of a technical solution.
- Experience with identity management/resolution and private identity graphs for marketing purposes.
- Experience with digital advertising technology (“adtech”) systems including but not limited to DSPs, ad servers, audience syndication, paid search and wall garden buying platforms.
- Grasp of measurement metrics in both owned and paid media such as impressions, clicks, bounces, and view-through versus click-through attribution.
- Knowledge of how tagging works, both on-site (such as Floodlights) and off-site (such as impression pixels or viewability validation).
- The associate is expected to be fully functional, self-directed and leads complex solutions.
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in technical roles and minimum 10 years’ experience in architect roles.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience working in an external client facing environment.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with change management procedures.
- Minimum 10 years of Acxiom experience (or comparable role at another company).
