Team Summary:

As part of the Revenue Operations team, we manage Pricing, Corporate Analytics, and Growth/Sales Operations and Enablement. This role is preferred to be hybrid (based in SLC), alongside the Director of Revenue Operations and the Sr. Pricing and Strategy Analyst. Our team is highly cross-functional and dynamic, supporting various internal stakeholders and key business unit initiatives. Due to this, we have an immediate impact on the business and its success as we scale and grow rapidly.


Position Summary:

The Pricing and RevOps Analyst will support the Director of Revenue Operations, along with the Sr. Pricing and Strategy Analyst, in developing and implementing pricing models and financial strategies for health plan, hospital, and provider clients. This entry-level position involves analyzing healthcare data to create fee schedules, forecast revenue, and support sales and finance teams in developing pricing structures and discount models. The analyst will also assist with financial analysis for national deals, collaborate with key stakeholders during Deal Desk preparation, and contribute to market analysis and strategic recommendations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing and Financial Modeling:
  • Assist in developing and maintaining fee schedules based on real-time and historical healthcare data.
  • Support revenue forecasting and assess the financial impact of different pricing models.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance to develop customized pricing strategies based on ROI analysis.
  • Analyze pricing performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in pricing methodologies across client contracts and proposals
  • Driving Operational Efficiencies Across the Quote to Cash Process:
  • Support the streamlining of pricing approvals and contract execution to reduce cycle times.
  • Assist in automating pricing and invoicing and regular fee schedule updates
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the Quote to Cash process.
  • Monitor and analyze pricing implementation to ensure alignment with contractual terms and revenue expectations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for pricing workflows and approval processes to improve transparency and consistency.
  • Data Analysis and Presentations:
  • Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and insights supporting pricing and financial models.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to summarize findings and strategic recommendations.
  • Research and gather relevant data to support pricing, invoicing, and financial forecasting.
  • Identify key drivers of performance and opportunities for improvement 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, State Directors, Product, and Finance.
  • Assist with Deal Desk preparation by providing data-driven analysis and strategic insights.
  • Support the development of new dashboards, KPIs, and ROI measurement frameworks.
  • Market Analysis and Market Sizing:
  • Assist in developing market sizing models to determine total addressable and serviceable market opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and white space assessments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform pricing and strategy adjustments.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of professional experience (internship experience required) in financial analysis, strategy, or data analytics 
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques with an understanding of SQL or other database languages
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail

Preferred Experience:

  • 1 year of professional experience as an analyst in pricing, strategy, investing, business and/or strategic operations
  • Experience within the healthcare or software industry 
  • Experience with healthcare pricing methodologies and reimbursement models
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to simplify complex information
