Your role

Reporting to the Product & Services Marketing Director and collaborating with the Group Pricing Expert, you’ll define and implement the pricing strategy for Lyreco Italy, ensuring alignment with the Group’s vision while optimizing pricing intelligence within the Marketing team to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading pricing strategy execution, ensuring market competitiveness.

  • Acting as the local single point of contact for pricing across the company, managing annual processes and daily support, while also drafting policies and procedures, also in collaboration with Group.

  • Collaborating with Commercial, Sales, and Marketing teams to optimize sales performance, margin and price variation.

  • Analysing market trends and adjusting price lists with Category/Product Managers.

  • Managing pricing & benchmark tools, and key data (customer segmentation, product sensitivity, peer pricing and minimum price threshold).

  • Developing dashboards & reports to monitor pricing KPIs.

  • Overseeing pricing administration in SAP and supporting strategic improvements.

  • Occasionally interacting with consultants and customers for pricing insights.

  • Delivering presentations to key stakeholders.

  • Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration, and project management abilities.

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.

  • 5+ years’ experience in pricing, business analysis, marketing analytics, or business intelligence.

  • Proficient in MS365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI).

  • Fluent in Italian & English.
