Summary
The Pricing coordinator is primarily responsible for being the main point of contact to deal with all requests and disputes related to any service contracts with the carriers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Communicates daily with the carriers regarding contract term maintenance, rate negotiation, space protection, and any type of equipment dispute in general.
- Updates the internal system with any new/updated rates.
- Collaborates with Sales Representatives for RFQs.
- Assists in resolving any billing, chassis, and equipment disputes that arise from the Operations Department or Overseas offices.
- Review shipment history and research the customer's needs before signing any new contracts.

Work Schedule
- Guadalajara Office 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST
Qualifications
6 months to 2 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry (Pricing experience preferred)
Advanced English level
B.S in International Commerce, Global Business
Advanced negotiation skills
Team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows computer systems. CargoWise and CRMs are a plus!
