This is a hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis
What you will do:
Load detailed pricing information with high first-time quality and on time, as requested by U.S., Canada, or IPC Pricing Teams
Analyze invoice or label errors reflected on rejects reports, every business day as a priority
Coordinate testing of price labels with Price Analysts in Common Price Label Module for price file validation
Comply with financial controls and maintain email records for SOX audit/business reference
Accurate load of Transfer Price amounts when requested
Download pricing reports from mainframe for reject resolution - price label and dealer invoice
Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Order Fulfilment, Marketing and Pricing teams to resolve pricing issues
Follow desk procedures and complete checklists to assure better first-time quality
Perform audit of colleagues' data entry to help ensure the quality of their work
Request audit of your own work to make sure no errors make it to commerce
Additional Description
Experience/Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business or related
Recommended Previous jobs: 1 -2 years of experience Finance, Marketing or Admin Analysis
Skills: Mainframe experience (Desirable), Excel, Word, good proofreading ability, good English (written and verbal); team building and focused on details. SAP (Desirable)
Desirable Knowledge: Mainframe user knowledge, Excel Macros Development and SAP for Finance.
