Salary: £24,888 per annum, plus company benefits

Location: Darwin House, Leeds Valley Park, Savannah Way, LS10 1AB Leeds

Contract: Permanent, full time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: There are two shift options to choose from with flexible hours:

1. Day shift: Monday-Friday between 7am and 5pm

2. Evening shift: Monday-Friday between 3pm and 11pm (the evening shift will have an additional incentive of a 10% salary shift differential)

Work model: Hybrid following successful completion of a 6-month probation

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a skilled Presentations Associate to join our team, supporting one of our prestigious UK-based Financial Advisory and Banking clients. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating documents in PowerPoint and Excel, with a solid understanding of Word, and an eagerness to expand their expertise in MS Office applications, as well as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Comprehensive training will be provided to enhance your skill set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and amend presentations and other documents as per client requests, ensuring alignment with client templates and corporate branding guidelines
  • Take ownership of the quality and accuracy of your work, ensuring all materials meet high standards before submission
  • Accurately estimate production times and communicate effectively with Workflow Coordinators to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Liaise professionally with the clients, offering consultative support and handling queries efficiently
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, contributing to a supportive and cohesive team environment
  • Maintain accurate records of requests and document updates, ensuring traceability and transparency in all work
  • Act with integrity and professionalism at all times, ensuring a smooth handover to incoming staff and adherence to departmental policies and procedures
  • Take a proactive approach to attendance, time management, and the continuous improvement of services

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in MS 365 PowerPoint and Excel is essential
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment, particularly in the financial sector, is desirable
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Flexible and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Capable of quickly acquiring new skills and applying them to meet service needs

Additional Information

  • Ongoing training will be provided to enhance your proficiency in additional tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with a team to meet client needs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be critical to your success in this role
