The Presentations Associate is responsible for accurately processing client projects, primarily focused on creating and checking PowerPoint presentations, financial statements, and various documents. The role includes client communication, project coordination, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Primary Responsibility 

  • Follow clients’ instructions exactly and accurately process clients’ projects, working within strict time constraints and deadlines. 

  • Communicate and interact with clients in a professional, positive, and courteous manner. 

  • Process PowerPoint presentations, financial statements, legal documents, proposals, questionnaires, letters, schedules, labels, and tab masters. May also process spreadsheets. 

  • Check work for errors. 

  • Meet deadlines. 

  • Scheduling documents according to procedure and acting as project coordinator to certain jobs when necessary. 

  • Understand and accurately utilize data collection process. 

  • Maintain an overtime or time tracking log. 

  • Exhibit a professional decorum at all times. 

  • Contribute to the team through cooperation and participation. 

  • Communicate effectively with other associates. 

 

Experience & Characteristics Required: 

  • Extensive knowledge of Power Point. 

  • Strong customer service skills and professionalism. 

  • Basic knowledge of the PC platform (Excel, Word). 

  • Ability to learn and conform to any new work procedures. 

  • Time management skills
