🔍 Estamos buscando un(a) Prepaid Product Chief.
🌍 Ubicación: El Salvador

Propósito Principal: Asegurar la implementación efectiva de la estrategia comercial de productos prepago, proporcionando soporte analítico, comercial y estratégico para optimizar la recarga, aumentar la base de usuarios y revenue prepago.

Responsabilidades:

Estrategia y ejecución comercial de todos los productos prepago

  • Liderar la ejecución comercial end to end de productos y soluciones de la estrategia comercial junto con el área de marketing, finanzas, BI, y ventas con el fin de mantener actualizada la propuesta de valor de Prepago en el mercado.

  • Responsable de la maximización del revenue y usuarios de los productos prepago y productos de valor agregado.

  • Potenciar los productos  a través de acciones de comunicación y formación.

  • Asegurar affordability en nuestra oferta de productos y proponer nuevos productos relevantes para el mercado.

  • Supervisar la ejecución y monitoreo de las ofertas a nivel comercial y de funcionamiento con el equipo de Business Intelligence, para mantener los resultados y minimizar el riesgo operacional que diluya las efectividad de la estrategia.

Gestión VAS-Tigo te Presta

  • Diseñar la estrategia de préstamos de saldo a todos los usuarios gestionando riesgo, colocación, cobro y deuda, en conjunto con el área de Pricing para aumentar la facilidad de acceso a los servicios de Tigo por nuestros usuarios.

  • Liderar la correcta elaboración y distribución de las herramientas de monitoreo y evaluación de KPIs y Business Performance para el negocio de TTP y VAS, en conjunto con el equipo de BDS, BI y Pricing para mantener el foco y gestión del negocio.

  • Liderar las relaciones con nuestros proveedores VAS (Valor Agregado) a través de reuniones, llamadas y comunicación escrita, en conjunto con el equipo de B2B y POS con el propósito de aumentar el revenue de la compañía a través de alianzas de negocio o la - Planificación, diseño e implementación de estrategias comerciales para el desarrollo de productos de valor agregado.

  • Asegurar ingresos y usuarios de VAS.

Requisitos:

  • 📚 Graduado de Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.

  • 💼 3 años de experiencia en el área de Mercadeo, manejo de productos y estrategia comercial.

  • 📊 Conocimiento y experiencia en análisis de datos.

  • 📈 Capacidad para diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales.

  • 🤝 Habilidad para coordinar y colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios.

  • 📅 Orientación a resultados, proactividad y enfoque en la mejora continua de procesos comerciales.
