Job Description

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes further practical experience in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.

  • Together with your team you will support identifying the market requirements for the next generation of sophisticated magnet sensors
  • You identify new target markets and target applications and also evaluate competitors activities
  • Within the scope of an own project you conduct UX-surveys in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • You will develop and implement strategies supporting the market launch of new products in all marketing questions
  • You support the life-cycle management for existing products already on the market by creating marketing documents or social media content

Qualifications

  • Personality: Open-minded, eager to learn, strong communication skills - both intercultural and across various functions, high interest in consumer marketing
  • Working Practice: Problem solver and effective team player with focused and independent working style, entrepreneurial thinking and analytical skills
  • Experience: First practical experience in engineering/marketing; Experience in Matlab and data analysis
  • Languages: Excellent knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
  • Education: Outstanding Bachelor degree in Electronics, Engineering or Business Administration with technical experience in the field of sensors; intention to proceed with a Masters degree after finishing the program
